Sergio Floccari has spoken of Parma's preparations for Wednesday's trip to Fiorentina that come without the 'irreplaceable' Sebastian Giovinco.
Giovinco has scored each of Parma's three goals this season, but in light of picking up two yellow cards against Chievo on Sunday, misses Wednesday's game through suspension.
Floccari, who could feature in place of the Atomic Ant as a result, confirmed the dressing room's disappointment at their No 10's early absence, and the task at hand to replace him.
"We know we will suffer, but we also know that if we play our cards right, that we could do well.
"Clearly we will have to change something. Sebastian has irreplaceable features, so we will have to adapt and find other solutions, but we are ready."
Floccari confirmed the players have been working specifically in training to adapt to Giovinco's absence, and reflected on the opposition they are set to face in midweek.
"Beyond their absences, [Fiorentina] have a complete squad, with valuable alternatives in every department.
"They are a team with a winning mentality that reflects the character of their Coach, so I expect an aggressive formation, willing to take risks."
