Miroslav Klose has been passed fit for Lazio's Europa League clash with Sporting CP after suffering an injury scare.
The German striker pulled up towards the end of the Aquile's training session on Tuesday and it was feared he had damaged his calf muscle.
However, a statement on the club's website confirmed that the player had undergone tests this morning and that scans showed no 'lesions at the muscle level on the right calf', returning the former Bayern Munich striker to Edy Reja's plans.
Lazio travel to Lisbon to face Sporting CP in their second match of Group D on Thursday evening.
