Preview: Roma - Atalanta

Luis Enrique hopes for a first win at the Stadio Olimpico this weekend, but is wary of opponents Atalanta, and their strengths.

The Coach was talking ahead of the Orobici's visit to Rome. The Giallorossi recorded their first win of the season last weekend against Parma whilst Atalanta are undefeated and won more League games than anyone else in 2011-12.

"We hope to play a better game. We face the best team in the League as far as points won is concerned. They would be top without the points penalty.

"They know how to play in different ways and what worries me is their physical condition. It will be a very difficult game, they have great pace and dangerous players."

Despite this, Enrique declared Roma would play to win, and for a specific purpose.

"We arrived after our first victory and a week of training that I think has been interesting.

"We will play with no concessions with regards our opponents, we will attack and, as always, tomorrow will be important for us to seek harmony with our fans. We want to win the first home game for them."

Bojan Krkic is rumoured to be starting on Sunday after only making the substitutes' bench in each of the last three games.

"I am delighted to have him in the squad, as I am happy with [Marco] Borriello, [Fabio] Borini, [Francesco] Totti, [Pablo Daniel] Osvaldo and [Erik] Lamela.

"For me what matters most is the hunger that is shown every day in training."

Enrique then fielded more questions about the club's project, and how much progress he believes they are making on the pitch.

"At what point of learning are Roma in with the new style of play? I do not know, I cannot answer. There is still a long way, but I'm seeing improvements and the desire of the players to do something different.

"I do not ask for patience, I know that in the end only results count. For this reason I hope the team can play like I want in the shortest time possible."
