Montella wants determined Catania

Vincenzo Montella has warned Catania he won't stand for another poor away performance against Novara in the lunch-time kick-off.

The game begins at 11.30am UK time and the Elefantini lost their last visit 3-0 to Genoa.

“This is an important game for us and I want to see a different team from the one that played in Genoa,” the Coach told Itasportpress.

“I demand a more concentrated and determined side. This trip to Novara feels crucial for safety to me.

“They are an outfit with enthusiasm who are rapid on the counter. We must do well to stop them playing that game if we are to take points from the Stadio Piola.

“What really counts for me is seeing the same winning mentality that we had against Juventus at the Massimino last week.”

Nicolas Spolli and Mariano Izco are carrying injuries, so Nicola Legrottaglie could start.
