Fabrizio Miccoli should be fit in time for Palermo's tricky Serie A trip to Milan once Serie A resumes after the international break.
The club captain was a doubt for the Week 7 game after picking up a muscle problem in the game against Siena.
However, the former Italian international has undergone a series of tests which have ruled out any serious injury.
Miccoli is Palermo's top scorer in Serie A this season thanks to his three goals in four games for the Barbera outfit.
The Rosanero have collected 10 points so far this term, double the amount that the Rossoneri have netted.
Milan and Palermo meet on October 15, with a 20.45 local time kick off.
