There is good news for Napoli as Goran Pandev's injury isn't as bad as was first feared.
Whispers this week suggested that the striker could be sidelined for as long as two months with a muscle problem.
However, the former Inter player has undergone a series of tests which ruled out any significant damage to the thigh in his left leg.
Pandev will rest until Monday before starting a personalised rehabilitation programme with the Azzurri.
It is hoped that he will be ready to join the rest of the squad in full training in about two weeks.
