Gaetano D'Agostino has questioned his lack of playing time at Siena. "If I'm not wanted, then they can tell me."
D'Agostino was signed by the newly promoted outfit in the summer after Fiorentina opted against keeping him.
Although the Italian international has made five Serie A appearances so far this term, he's only played for 278 minutes.
"I'm not a 15 minute player," he told the Corriere di Siena. "I have to play in order to find some form.
"I voluntarily came here to Siena and I married the project which was described to me," he continued. "However, if I don't fit in with the plans of the Coach then he needs to tell me.
"I received the affection of the fans when I arrived in this place and I came here ready to give everything I had.
"But if I'm not put in a position to repay the faith in me then that's when I start to feel uncomfortable."
D'Agostino was used as a 74th minute substitute in the 0-0 draw at Cagliari in Week 7.
