Julio Cesar insists that the Inter defence is still one of the best around despite their leaky start to the campaign.
The Nerazzurri have the worst defensive record in Serie A this term, having conceded 13 goals in just six matches to date.
That statistic has led to some criticism of the goalkeeper and the players in front of him, but the Brazilian has faith in himself and his teammates.
"They say that Inter have lost their invincibility, that the rock solid defence of old is now our weak spot," the South American told Inter Channel.
"However, I have great faith in my own ability and in the ability of my teammates who play in defence.
"I have confidence in whoever plays in front of me, but you go through different moments in football. Now it's up to us to show how strong we are."
Udinese have the best defence in the League so far thanks to just one goal against, while co-League leaders Juventus are right behind them with three conceded.
