Azzurri 'keeper Morgan De Sanctis will hang up his gloves at current club Napoli, his agent has suggested.
De Sanctis has been a success at the Stadio San Paolo since his 2009 arrival and he underlined his ability with a penalty save against Bayern Munich on Tuesday in the Champions League.
"Morgan is a player of great quality," representative Mariano Grimaldi told TMW on Wednesday afternoon.
"His experience, also that on the international stage, means that he is a goalkeeper who guarantees security.
"Morgan may be underestimated only by those who don't understand this game. He already proved his worth as a youngster at Pescara.
"Where will he end his career? I think it will be here at Napoli."
De Sanctis, 34, appeared as a substitute in Italy's last Euro 2012 qualifier against Northern Ireland earlier this month.
The custodian has also played for Juventus, Udinese, Sevilla and Galatasaray in his career.
