Mario Balotelli's agent Mino Raiola has confirmed that his client would one day like to play for Napoli.
The always active football representative revealed this when also offering comment on fellow clients Marek Hamsik and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
Interviewed on Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli, the agent began by defending Hamsik's recent form, including how he ended Wednesday night's game with Bayern Munich.
"Hamsik's negative performance in the closing stages? I disagree. I do not think Marek is playing badly, but I do not want to touch this subject because the last time I said three words I had to explain for a whole week.
"Marek has always been a valuable player in quantity and quality, he always puts himself at the disposal of his team. His game is so that others can do more, yesterday he was definitely on a par with others.
"I also believe that if yesterday's game had lasted just a little longer then Napoli would have drawn. Is Marek happy in Naples? He would absolutely not be there if he wasn't."
Raiola then offered his view on Ibrahimovic's relationships with Coaches, in light of quotes emerging on Thursday from the Swede's forthcoming book that detailed his clashes with Pep Guardiola at Barcelona.
"Zlatan has always had a good relationship with his Coaches, even as such with Guardiola. Until January he was feeling wonderful, until the match between Arsenal and Barcelona. Between them there was good dialogue but everything changed, I do not know why.
"With [Massimiliano] Allegri there is a balanced relationship, perhaps because they have won together, he gives everything and this is seen on the field."
Finally, Raiola reflected on Balotelli's growing prominence at Manchester City, before revealing his client's desire to one day return to the peninsula and play for Napoli.
"Mario has received compliments for the last month because he is becoming an important player for the whole team, not only because of his goals, but because he also assists and he is being appreciated as a component.
"For me, Balotelli can become one of the top three players in the world, he is maturing as a player and it helps as a player.
"Mario loves City. Future with Napoli? Napoli has an audience that is so amazing that everyone wants to play for these people. The difference is made by the public - Ibrahimovic also told me that one day he would like to wear the blue shirt.
"Great players convey a warmth to playing at Napoli. Mario has reiterated to me on many occasions that he wants to come and play in Napoli.
"Have I spoken with [Aurelio] De Laurentiis? We had a nice meeting in London and we talked about it, but then at that meeting it was decided there would be a follow-up.
"I want to clarify and reiterate that there is no chance that over the next four years Mario will play with Napoli."
