Adrian Mutu’s agent has been questioned on the possibility of a January move from Cesena to Milan. “We’ll see.”
The Romanian only joined the Seahorses over the summer, but his name has been associated with the Rossoneri.
Milan are expected to bring in a new forward after Christmas, as temporary cover for the currently sidelined Antonio Cassano as he recovers from minor heart surgery.
“I’m good friends with Milan directors Ariedo Braida and Adriano Galliani,” Giovanni Becali told Il Sussidiario.
“We can talk about a move, but I would imagine that Cesena President Igor Campedelli would want some sort of fee for him.
“I don’t know what could happen, we’ll just have to see.”
Mutu signed a two-year contract with Cesena in June after ending his five-year stint with Fiorentina.
