Juventus are monitoring the performances of Atalanta teen Manolo Gabbiadini, his representative has claimed.
The 19-year-old has caught the attention of numerous Italian outfits following his heroics at Under-21 level for the Italian national side.
A talented centre-forward, the Bergamo youth has netted 10 goals in 13 appearances for the Azzurrini to date.
“I can confirm that Juventus are following him and observing him very closely,” Silvio Pagliari told Tutto Juve.
“He’s wanted by a lot of clubs, but it is also true that he will remain with Atalanta until the end of the season.”
Although he’s making an impact for Ciro Ferrara’s national side, he’s struggling to get a regular game in Serie A.
“Manolo is a talent, but right now he has two players in front of him – German Denis and Maxi Moralez – who are in great form,” Pagliari added.
“However, he will eventually get his chance in the team because he has the quality to be a protagonist. Atalanta is the ideal environment for him to grow.”
