There will be a minute’s silence before every Serie A and B game for those who died in the Sicilian floods.
Last night torrential rain prompted floods and a landslide through Saponara, in the province of Messina.
A 10-year-old boy, plus father and son aged 50 and 25 were confirmed dead when houses collapsed, while two more people are still missing.
The weather conditions also derailed a train in Calabria, but there were no casualties.
It comes just weeks after floods killed six in Genoa and the wider Liguria area.
