Massimo Moratti has warned Inter to be careful in tonight's Club World Cup Semi-Final against Seongnam after Mazembe's shock victory over Internacional.
Mazembe became the first African side to reach the Final of the competition by knocking out the Copa Libertadores holders.
Speaking ahead of this evening's game, Moratti said: "Mazembe's victory over Internacional is surprising.
"It was an expression of vitality and vivaciousness that gives an idea of what football really is, it's importance in the world and the beautiful link it has to the development of certain countries.
"I feel sorry for the Brazilians who live these kind of meetings with a lot of enthusiasm. Now it's up to us with a quite difficult game against the South Koreans.
"It has been six months since we've seen a full strength team on the pitch. I hope that everyone is back available this evening and that way we'll see the team's character and the players will be in a position to express their talent.
"We are still not in the Final. We have to face the Koreans and our Final is this game. Then afterwards we'll see what it means to face the enthusiasm and the bravura of these African boys.
"I will ask the players to win," he concluded.
