Suspensions after Roma-Juve

Three players have been suspended for Week 16 – two from Juve and one from Roma – after last night’s 1-1 draw in the capital.

The League leaders will be without midfielder Arturo Vidal and defender Leonardo Bonucci for the tie against Novara.

Boss Antonio Conte has numerous solutions to replace Vidal, but Bonucci’s absence is likely to see Giorgio Chiellini used in the middle with Paolo De Ceglie coming in at left-back.

The Giallorossi, meanwhile, will face a daunting away trip to Napoli without Bosnian midfielder Miralem Pjanic.

Roma, though, will have midfielder Fernando Gago back after he was banned for last night’s Olimpico clash.

Daniele De Rossi should also be allowed to resume in his normal midfield position after being used as a centre-back versus the Old Lady.
