Zamparini rages at Mutti

Palermo President Maurizio Zamparini has already warned third Coach of the campaign Bortolo Mutti “he made mistakes I never want to see again.”

The fiery patron sacked Stefano Pioli before the Serie A season even began, then fired Devis Mangia before Christmas, but so far Mutti has managed a 2-2 draw at Novara and 3-1 home defeat to Napoli.

“Mutti made a huge tactical error by transforming the side between the first and second half,” slammed Zamparini on Mediagol.

“It’s a situation and some mistakes that I never want to see again.”

Midfielder Giulio Migliaccio concedes the squad is rather shaken up by the chaotic campaign.

“We probably had a few too many changes, as in the last six months we have gone through two directors of sport and three Coaches.

“We should also add something that is often forgotten, that we are the youngest team in Serie A. But we will get out of it.”

Palermo have already moved on the January transfer market by officially taking Chilean defender Carlos Labrin back from his loan spell at Novara.
