Davide Biondini has completed his move from Cagliari to Genoa, the Marassi outfit have confirmed on Friday.
The midfielder arrived in the port city yesterday and he’s now successfully completed his medical with the Grifone.
The 28-year-old, capped twice by Italy, could make his debut against Udinese in Serie A this weekend.
Biondini leaves the Stadio Sant’Elia outfit six months before his contract with Cagliari was set to expire.
The former Cesena and Vicenza man has made 15 Serie A appearances this season. He’s scored one goal.
He’ll be presented to the media later this afternoon.
