Djamel Mesbah will reportedly complete his move from Lecce to Italian champions Milan by Thursday.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Lecce sporting director Carlo Osti will meet with the Rossoneri on Wednesday to conclude a deal for the defender.
Mesbah is an Algerian international in possession of a French passport who can also play in midfield.
Lecce and Milan have already held preliminary talks for the player and the final details will be wrapped up in the next 48 hours.
Mesbah, 27, joined the Stadio Via Del Mare outfit in 2009 after a loan spell in Italy with little Avellino.
The player is expected to put pen to paper on a Milan contract until June 2015.
