Blasi moves to Lecce

Relegation-threatened Lecce have signed Manuele Blasi from Parma on a permanent basis.

The ball-winning midfielder, now 31, has been netted at the request of Coach Serse Cosmi. The two men worked together in the past at Perugia.

The former Juventus player moved to the Stadio Tardini in the summer after spending last season with Napoli.

Blasi has made just six Serie A appearances for the Gialloblu this term and all came from the bench.

As part of the deal, Parma have brought in defender Stefano Ferrario on loan from Lecce with the option to sign a 50 per cent share in him during the summer.
