Atalanta have officially extended Stefano Colantuono’s contract until June 2014, announced the club.

There were reports that the deal was already in place, but the Bergamo side released the statement this evening.

“Atalanta B.C. announce we have reached an agreement with Coach Stefano Colantuono to extend the contract until June 30 2014.”

The news came just after the 0-0 home draw with Lecce this afternoon.
