The father of Juventus-owned defender Reto Ziegler has cooled the transfer speculation surrounding the left-back.
The Swiss international is currently on loan at Fenerbahce, but the rumour mill is claiming interest from Paris Saint-Germain, Marseille and Fiorentina in his services.
“They are just voices,” Rene Ziegler told calciomercato.com. “There is nothing more than what is being written in the newspapers.
“We’ll have to wait a few more months to understand what his future will be. He’s now at Fenerbahce, but he is a Juventus player until 2015.”
The full-back arrived at Juve in the summer on a free transfer from Sampdoria, but he was quickly moved on.
“You’ll have to ask Juve directors Beppe Marotta and Fabio Paratici, but especially boss Antonio Conte why he was sent out on loan,” the player’s dad concluded.
Ziegler will officially return to Juventus on July 1.
