Parma have reportedly clinched a pre-contract agreement with Penarol right-back Matias Aguirregaray.
The 21-year-old Uruguayan has signed a deal with the Ducali to complete his transfer in June.
Agent Paolo Montero confirmed the news to Radio Sport 890 and has strong links with Serie A, having played for Atalanta and Juventus.
Aguirregaray had previously been linked with Napoli, Inter, Udinese and even Manchester United.
Parma appear to have the upper hand now with this pre-contract agreement and he can arrive as an EU player thanks to his passport.
