Sinisa Mihajlovic hopes “2011 can be a better year than 2010” for Fiorentina, starting from the emptying out of the treatment room.
“Aside from Stevan Jovetic and Sebastien Frey, we should have everyone ready to play on January 6 against Bologna,” said the Coach.
Jovetic has been out since snapping knee ligaments in the summer and is not expected back before March, while Frey had cruciate ligament surgery.
Mihajlovic hopes to have Riccardo Montolivo, Alberto Gilardino, Artur Boruc, Juan Manuel Vargas and Cesare Natali back in the team, but Mario Alberto Santana is in Argentina after picking up an intestinal virus during the Christmas break.
“The wish I give to everyone is obviously that Fiorentina's 2011 can be a better year than 2010.”
