Valon Behrami is on the verge of completing a move from West Ham United to Fiorentina, reports in Italy are insisting.
The Swiss international has been heavily linked with a January switch to Italy and it seems a deal has been wrapped up.
Despite initial interest from Roma and links with Palermo, Behrami will join Fiorentina in a transfer that will see his current Premiership club net €3.5m.
Behrami, 25, has already enjoyed spells in Italian football with a number of different clubs.
The versatile midfielder has appeared for Genoa and Verona, even if he played his best peninsula football at Lazio.
He spent three years with the capital giants before moving to England in the summer of 2008 for around €6.5m.
