Fabrizio Miccoli says he tries to make everyone feel at home at Palermo, creating a family atmosphere at the club.
The 31-year-old, who captains the Rosanero, has seen players come and go since his arrival in 2007, but the ethos remains the same.
"I try and calm my teammates down," Miccoli told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Of course we follow the Coach when he takes training. We have a style of play, an identity. We hope that Delio Rossi stays next season too.
"I try to speak as much as possible with Liverani, Migliaccio, Balzaretti and Cassani. The old guard is what allows the others to play with serenity.
"We are a little Slovene, a little South American and a little Italian, but when we work we only speak the language of Palermo."
