Goal shy Juventus striker Amauri will end the season at Parma after the Tardini outfit confirmed his loan arrival.
The Brazilian-born player was first linked with Parma around lunchtime today after he rejected moves to Fulham and West Brom.
Amauri and his agent met Gialloblu officials this afternoon and a deal was quickly agreed with the blessing of Juventus.
Amauri joins the Tardini outfit on loan for the rest of the season before a decision will be made on his future.
The Italian international has struggled for goals in Turin over the last two years. He scored just five Serie A goals in 2009 and only one last year.
His last, against Genoa on February 14, was 351 days ago.
