Udinese owner Gianpaolo Pozzo feels his side were mature and intelligent to record a 0-0 draw at home to relegation threatened Brescia on Sunday.
The Zebrette were given a dubious penalty only for the referee to change his mind and rule no foul.
It's the first time Udinese haven't scored in 12 games, but they remain in fifth place in Serie A.
"I have seen a mature and intelligent team which didn't throw itself headlong into attack.
"I'm OK with that because in the past we haven't got anything out of games like this.
"We cared about getting this point and look to the future with a lot of confidence."
