Jose Altafini, the legendary former Milan and Napoli striker, claims Edinson Cavani can be a champion.
The Uruguay international faces the biggest match of his career tonight at San Siro.
If Napoli win they will go level on points with the League leaders.
Speaking to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Altafini said: "With respect to Cavani, Zlatan Ibrahimovic is already an established champion, who doesn't have to prove anything.
"The Neapolitan is still young and has to establish himself. But the qualities that he has shown are undeniable. They play in his favour.
"Napoli have finally found a champion again.
"I wouldn't be surprised [if Napoli were to win] because they are the only team, up until now, to have shown that they can keep step with Milan.
"Not everyone has had the same continuity of results as Napoli.
"If Milan were to win, they would create a gap and would be able to look towards the Scudetto with greater conviction even if their fixture list is not at all easy."
