Inter's prospective new signing Luc Castaignos says he hopes to emulate Ronaldo at Inter.
The 18-year-old striker has agreed to join the Italian champions from Feyenoord in June for €2.5m.
Asked to reveal when he first started dreaming about football, he said: "It's Ronaldo's fault.
"The idea to play football, and not basketball like my father, was borne out of watching Ronaldo on TV.
"I wanted to become like him.
"I am not really a striker because of Ronaldo. To think that I started out as a central defender.
"When I didn't know how to defend, they made me a deep lying playmaker.
"When I started scoring goals, I became a centre-forward."
