Milan have received a boost ahead of their visit to White Hart Lane next week as Gareth Bale is still injured for Tottenham.
The Wales international has been one of the Premier League's best players this season and scored a hat-trick against Inter at San Siro.
He was missing from the first leg of the Champions League second round knock-out tie between Milan and Tottenham on February 15 with a back injury.
Tottenham still managed to win 1-0, scoring an away goal through Peter Crouch.
Spurs expected Bale to be fit again for the second leg, but according to the latest reports he has yet to start training and won't be risked against Wolves this weekend.
That has left the English media very doubtful of seeing Bale start when Milan visit London on a week today.
