Alexandre Pato is in doubt for tonight's Juventus-Milan match, as he is suffering from flu symptoms.
The Brazilian hitman was expected to start at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin at 19.45 UK time.
However, reports suggest Pato is struggling with flu symptoms and running a temperature, so is not at his best.
It is possible he could be rested ahead of the Champions League trip to face Tottenham, so Antonio Cassano is next in line.
That would also be a wise choice for Coach Max Allegri, as Cassano is cup-tied and cannot play at White Hart Lane.
Kevin-Prince Boateng is likely to start in the trequartista role behind the strikers, leaving Robinho on the bench.
The back four used in the 3-0 victory over Napoli should remain in place, so Marek Jankulovski at left-back.
Juventus called up Alberto Aquilani for this match, but he is still struggling with a muscular problem and is heading towards the stands.
Claudio Marchisio should move to central midfield with Felipe Melo, flanked by Milos Krasic and Jorge Martinez.
In defence, Giorgio Chiellini is expected to move back into the centre to replace Leonardo Bonucci, therefore pushing Armand Traoré into the left-back slot.
Luca Toni and Alessandro Matri are the favourites to start in attack, but Alessandro Del Piero is said to be closing in on a place.
