Juan has dismissed reports that he is planning to leave Roma by revealing that he intends to see out the rest of his existing deal with the club.
The 32-year-old Brazil international cut a disgruntled figure towards the end of Claudio Ranieri's time at Roma, but appears to have found his enthusiasm again under Vincenzo Montella.
"I haven't authorised anyone to negotiate on my behalf or to offer me to Brazilian clubs or others abroad," Juan said.
"I still have two years left on my contract with Roma and I've the intention of respecting it.
"My thoughts are exclusively about helping the club and realising its objectives," he concluded.
