Roberto Mancini reveals the difference between Manchester City's millions and Inter. “There's no prestige at City. It'll take time to win.”
The Coach has been in charge of both clubs and has found rich owners at Eastlands to provide him with a vastly talented squad.
“City can win in future, but it will take time,” Mancio told Lady Radio in Italy.
“Things are different here from Inter, as our club has not won in a very long time, while the Nerazzurri had some victories in the past.
“There is certainly no shortage of finances here, but there's no prestige at City. I am still proud that I was able to bring some very important players to Manchester.”
Mancini is part of a new breed of Italian manager who work in the Premier League and gives his view on the culture clash.
“When you are abroad, you appreciate your own country more. I definitely miss Italian food,” he said.
“In the Premier League, like the FA Cup, every game is very tight, even against the amateur sides.”
Lady Radio are based in Florence and the ex-Viola Coach was asked about his views on current Fiorentina boss Sinisa Mihajlovic.
“It's very difficult to work in Florence, as the expectation is always so high. I can see that the team is improving and Sinisa will become a great Coach.”
Mihajlovic began his post-playing career as assistant manager to Mancini at Inter.
