Bortolo Mutti has revealed how he is turning things around at Bari even though the Puglia-based outfit look certain to be relegated.
The 56-year-old replaced Giampiero Ventura in February and tasted his first victory on Sunday with a last gasp winner away to Parma.
"Tactically I found a team that was lost, one that didn't know what to do on the pitch," Mutti said.
"They were used to a very rigid 4-4-2, which I know well having used it in Bergamo.
"But from my first training session I noted that the team had no idea.
"I tried to explain to them that you can play in many other ways," he concluded.
