'Cavani and Mazzarri are staying'

Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis has reassured the club's supporters that Walter Mazzarri and Edinson Cavani are staying.

Napoli currently lie second in Serie A, three points behind League leaders Milan with six games of the season remaining.

Mazzarri has been linked with the Juventus job and Cavani has attracted admiring glances from Europe's biggest clubs after scoring 25 goals in Serie A this season.

"Walter is a great professional, a man of old whose values are well defined and whoever doesn't share them is against him," De Laurentiis said.

"Cavani belongs to world football. He has great margins for improvement like we have seen this year. He'll stay at Napoli like Mazzarri and improve again.

"Edinson is a professional person who loves Naples, the city where his son was born. Everyone is interested in our jewels but up until now no one has asked for them perhaps because they know that I would say no."
