Balbo tips Ancelotti for Roma

Roma legend Abel Balbo has given Carlo Ancelotti the nod to take over next season. “He would be perfect for this squad.”

There have been repeated rumours of Ancelotti leaving Chelsea at the end of the current campaign to lead the new Giallorossi.

He already has a history with the club as a player and has never disguised his desire to come back as a Coach, so the arrival of new American patron Thomas Di Benedetto is the ideal time.

“I want Ancelotti because he knows how to play football,” said former Roma striker Balbo.

“He is a winner and capable of organising the team without being too authoritarian.

“Ancelotti would be perfect for this squad, as he knows full well how to get the best out of the potential of these Giallorossi players.”
