Milan: Title race not over

Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has cooled the Scudetto enthusiasm around his troops. "We've won nothing yet!"

The Rossoneri have stretched their advantage at the top of the table to six points after beating Sampdoria, while title rivals Napoli and Inter both lost at the weekend.

However, speaking on Monday evening, Galliani was keen to stress that there are still points on the table that need to be attained.

"It was a good weekend for us, but we must stay calm and tranquil," he noted. "We've won nothing yet.

"We have a fundamental game coming up on Saturday against Brescia. If we win that one then things might change."

With a better head to head record against Napoli, Milan only need nine points from the last 15 on offer to win their first title since 2004.

After Brescia next weekend, they will face Bologna, Roma, Cagliari and Udinese.

Galliani also passed comment on boss Massimiliano Allegri who looks good to win the League in his first season. "He was a great signing," the director noted.
