Roma midfielder Daniele De Rossi feels his side have been unfortunate this season and claims it hasn't been easy to maintain focus during the club's takeover.
Dejan Stankovic's wonder goal meant Roma lost 1-0 at home to Inter on Tuesday night in the first leg of their Coppa Italia semi-final.
"An historic turning point lies ahead of Roma and we feel like protagonists in it," De Rossi said.
"It's been two years now that we've been living through the club changing hands and it hasn't been easy to remain indifferent.
"It has been an unfortunate year, but perhaps we can still straighten it out."
