Ancelotti: I have a plan

Chelsea manager Carlo Ancelotti insists he already has a plan for next season, prompting speculation about his future at the club.

Ancelotti has been strongly linked with the Roma job ahead of this summer despite expressing his desire to stay at Stamford Bridge.

However, the former Milan tactician has said that getting the sack won't be a problem.

Chelsea are out of the Premier League title race and have been eliminated from the Champions League and FA Cup.

"Obviously I have a plan for next season but it's not good to reveal it now," Ancelotti said.

"I have not spoken to the players about it and I'm not involved in extending their contracts.

"But they are all good professionals and they understand that sometimes in football the manager can change.

"They are working with me at the moment and maybe will work with me in the future or maybe they will work with another Coach."
