Leonardo is not worried by reports of Jose Mourinho's return to Inter. “I'd be the first to say it's a good idea!”
The Nerazzurri are in turmoil after falling out of contention for the Scudetto and Champions League in a matter of days.
This afternoon they even risk being caught in third place by Lazio with their head-to-head at San Siro.
“We need to find consistency in our results,” said Leo. “We are currently third, just two points adrift of second place, and won the Coppa Italia semi-final first leg with Roma.
“This side did very well up until three weeks ago, so what is the point of talking about a reformation of the team?”
The rumours of a revolution aren't just for the players on the pitch, as there have been continual suggestions Mourinho will return after one year at Real Madrid.
“It's only normal that people still talk about Mourinho, as he won everything only 12 months ago.
“If he does return, then I'd be the first to say it's a good idea and welcome him back. There's no harm in the fans dreaming of his return and I'm not worried, as nothing scares me.”
