Roma's new owners will make one last attempt to lure Carlo Ancelotti away from Chelsea next week before exploring other options.
It's no secret that Thomas Di Benedetto's consortium is keen to hire the former midfielder, who famously played for Roma in the early 1980s.
Chelsea are set to review Ancelotti's position at the end of the season and there have been reports that he will be sacked after a disappointing second year at Stamford Bridge.
However, despite repeating his wish to train Roma in the future, Ancelotti is keen to stay in England and see out the remainder of his contract.
Il Corriere dello Sport understands Roma would like a definitive 'yes' or 'no' from Ancelotti who still has a house in the city.
