Claudio Ranieri has reportedly turned down an offer from Spartak Moscow to prepare for a return to England.
The Coach resigned from Roma earlier this season to make way for Vincenzo Montella.
He has since been linked with a series of clubs, including Genoa, but had been closest to Spartak Moscow.
According to today's reports, Ranieri met with director general Valeriy Karpin in London on Friday.
However, he turned down the offer to come to Moscow and join Zenit St Petersburg boss Luciano Spalletti.
It is instead believed Ranieri is waiting for an offer from a Premier League club.
