Stephan Lichtsteiner was left infuriated by Lazio's controversial defeat to Juventus. "They only give penalties to Roma."
The capital outfit lost to a late Simone Pepe goal last night, but only after they had a penalty appeal rejected by the referee.
Striker Sergio Floccari fell in the box after contact from Giorgio Chiellini, but no spot-kick was awarded.
That decision and subsequent loss has angered the Biancocelesti, with Lichtsteiner being quoted in La Gazzetta dello Sport as saying: "They only give penalties to Roma."
The right-back was referring to the number of penalty awards in favour of their city rivals so far this season.
The Giallorossi's two penalties on Sunday against Bari saw their campaign total reach 13 – a new Serie A club record for Roma.
In comparison to that, Lazio have won just three penalties so far this season in their 35 matches to date.
