Clarence Seedorf has hit out at Milan's decision to leave it so late into the season to discuss contract renewals.
Seedorf is one of numerous high profile players at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza outfit whose contract expires next month.
"The club asked us to wait until we had won the Scudetto and that's what we did," he told the Corriere dello Sport.
"Now we want clarity and respect. You don't treat flag bearers of this club like this," he continued.
"I'm not feeling good, that is for certain. My relationship with [President Silvio] Berlusconi is clear, but it's [Vice-President Adriano] Galliani who looks after these things."
The Dutchman has been with the Rossoneri since his 2002 switch from city rivals Inter and he wants to remain.
"I've spent half of my career here," continued the 35-year-old.
"My rapport with Milan has not changed, my love is as it was. Perhaps we need to understand whether the opposite is occurring."
Alessandro Nesta, Massimo Ambrosini and Andrea Pirlo are three other Milanisti who are waiting to see whether they will be offered a new deal.
