It's rumoured that Milan will use Mathieu Flamini in order to lure Tottenham into releasing Sandro.
The Rossoneri have long been linked with the Spurs midfielder and they have a similar price-tag on the transfer market.
Flamini would be an ideal solution as far as Milan are concerned, because his contract expires in June 2012 and he is mainly used as a stop-gap.
The 27-year-old Frenchman would also appreciate a return to the Premier League, where he had great success with Arsenal.
Sandro is also a hot transfer target for Serie A sides Roma, Juventus and Inter, especially after the 22-year-old Brazilian's agent confessed he'd love to play in Italy.
