Antonio Di Natale says he has no regrets about rejecting a move to Juventus in the summer of 2010.
The Italian striker was wanted by the Old Lady following their late decision to sell Diego to Wolfsburg.
"I have become a flag bearer here," the Udinese captain told Max magazine. "I like to tell people that I have followed the examples of Francesco Totti and Alessandro Del Piero.
"If I had wanted to make a move for money then I would have done a year before rejecting Juventus."
Di Natale was Serie A's top scorer last season, with 29 goals, and has done the same this time around by netting 28.
The forward, born in October 1977, joined the Stadio Friuli outfit in August 2004 after six seasons with Empoli.
