Pippo Inzaghi has crowned Milan teammate Thiago Silva as the greatest defender on the planet.
"I think that Thiago Silva is the best defender in the world," he told Milan Channel. "It is incredible how good he really is.
"I hope for the good of this team and also for him that he can achieve what Franco Baresi and Paolo Maldini did here.
"I think he's on the right path even if every player's career is different," added the veteran striker.
"Nevertheless, Thiago Silva is part of a new generation of phenomenal players who are perhaps born once every 100 years."
The Brazilian is still only 26 and joined Milan in January 2009, although he couldn't make his official debut until the 2009-10 campaign.
The South American was a key element in the Rossoneri's Scudetto success this term and he was rewarded for his efforts with a new deal until June 2016 earlier this month.
