Marotta: 'A new page with Conte'

Juventus general manager Beppe Marotta said Antonio Conte “can write another important page in this club's history.”

The former player returned after a seven-year absence to take over as the new Coach today with a two-year contract.

“After having worn the shirt, the captain's armband and lifted trophies, Conte has returned and can write another important page in this club's history,” declared Marotta during the presentation Press conference.

“He has added to the winning mentality he has always had, combining success with good football, which we saw during his promotion season at Siena.

“This is why we are all happy. He has done such important things as a player and I'm sure he will do them again as our Coach.”
