Milan Vice-President Adriano Galliani has yet again dismissed links with Napoli's Marek Hamsik and Javier Pastore of Palermo.
"We only need one player and that is a left-sided midfielder," the Rossoneri official insisted.
"Pastore is a playmaker and we are not interested in that type of player. We are not in negotiations for him."
Argentine international Pastore is one of Europe's most promising players and is valued at around €50m by the Rosanero.
Meanwhile, Galliani once again silenced whispers that the club's real market objective this summer is Hamsik.
"We haven't touched him and we won't touch him," the director continued.
