Jeremy Menez has been heavily linked with a move to Milan, but his agent insists he wants “a renewal with Roma.”
The French creative midfielder has struggled for consistency at the Stadio Olimpico, especially under Vincenzo Montella.
It fuelled reports he would follow Philippe Mexes to the Rossoneri this summer.
“For the moment, Menez is staying at Roma,” agent and brother Kevin Menez told Radio Manà Manà.
“I read so many stories that he already has a deal with Milan, but the truth is that he is happy at Roma and does not want to leave here.
“It's true, his contract only has one more year left to run, but it is up to the directors to discuss a renewal with my brother.”
Frenchman Menez has also been linked with Antonio Conte's new Juventus.
